The right of withdrawal only applies to the closure of new contracts, not to contract extensions. The revocation process depends on the way you have acquired your subscription. Here are the possibilities:

- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- If you see the 'Report' or 'Report a Problem' button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
- Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.

Google Play Store
Forward your purchase confirmation from Google or the transaction ID (starts with GPA...) and the email address of your 7Mind profile to support@7mind.de - we will take care of the revocation for you.
