In the 7Mind app, you will find simple navigation with three central points: Library, Profile, and in the center: The 7Mind coach.

Whenever you open the app, you will find the proper next meditation for you or suggestions on how to bring more mindfulness into your daily life. The guide takes you by the hand, helps you to stay motivated and gradually develop your individual routine.
You can use the 7Mind coach to get an overview of which units you have already completed and what comes next. Click on "My Journey" to see which meditations you have already completed in the past and which are next. From here, you can start a meditation that you especially liked at any time. If you scroll down further, you can even look into the future and see what's next on your meditation schedule or the name of the upcoming meditation in your current course.
Important: Only completed meditations will be displayed in "My Journey" and in your statistics. In order for a meditation to be registered as completed, it must be listened to completely and closed by clicking on the button "End Meditation".
...includes all courses and individual meditations of 7Mind. No matter if you are currently concerned with a topic such as health, relationship or stress, if you need a short break, cannot fall asleep or are nervous before an appointment - here you will find meditations on many topics of everyday life.
All meditation topics are assigned to main categories to give you a better overview. There is also a search function where you can search for keywords or topics to get to the desired meditation faster. You can find a list of all meditations here.
You can either start courses as a whole by tapping on "Begin Course". This way, when you open the app, the following course meditation will be suggested by the coach and you will see your future meditations in "My Journey".
You can also start single meditations from the course by clicking directly on the desired unit from the course. Via "My Journey" you can see your previous meditations so that you can always follow where you are.
...shows your personal meditation progress: How many days in a row you have meditated, how many meditations you have done, and how many minutes you have spent meditating. If you swipe to the right, you will see your already received badges.
You can also activate our "7Minder" in order to receive mindfulness impulses via push notification and set a reminder so that you don't miss your next meditation. Just like a date with yourself. And if you can't really motivate yourself, just look again at your badges and see how far you've already come. You can also change your name and email address as well as the language of your 7Mind profile.
