To cancel your subscription, you must pay attention to the subscription and notice period
Annual subscription: Automatically renews for another 12 months unless canceled at least 14 days before renewal.
Monthly subscription: Automatically renews each month. Cancellation is possible to the end of the billing month.
You can cancel your subscription where you purchased it:
7Mind Website
Subscriptions purchased via the 7Mind website after 20.01.2022:
- Open the 7Mind app and go to your profile (icon at the bottom right of the screen).
- Select the "Subscription" tab.
- Then tap "Manage Subscription".
Subscriptions purchased via the 7Mind website before 20.01.2022:
- Open the link: https://7mind.onfastspring.com/account/
- Enter the email address used when purchasing the subscription. This email address does not have to match your 7Mind profile.
- Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.
Apple App Store
- Open the “Settings” on your iOS device and tap your name. A small window may open, and you may need to sign in with your Apple ID password.
- Tap on “Subscriptions” and select the subscription you want to manage.
- Tap on “Cancel Subscription”. You may need to scroll down to find the "Cancel Subscription" button. If no button to cancel is displayed or an expiry notice in red font is visible, the subscription has already been canceled.

If you can't find a 7Mind subscription in the Apple Store, then you didn't purchase it via Apple. Please check whether you purchased the subscription via our website, Google, or your mobile provider.
Google Play Store
- Open the Google Play Store and check that you are signed in with the correct Google account.
- Tap the three-line menu and then select "Subscriptions".
- Select the subscription you want to cancel and tap "Cancel Subscription".
If you can't find a 7Mind subscription on Google, then you didn't purchase it via the Google Play Store. Please check whether you purchased the subscription via our website, Apple, or your mobile provider.
Mobile Provider
If you added 7Mind as an add-on to your phone contract, you must cancel the subscription directly with your mobile provider:
