Please note: Multiple subscriptions cannot be combined or linked in any other way. Additionally, discount codes cannot be redeemed retroactively for a subscription purchase or renewal.
If you purchase a new subscription while you still have an active subscription, the active subscription will not be automatically canceled or replaced, but the new subscription will run in parallel.
You can view and manage your subscription where you purchased it:
Google Play Store
- Open the Google Play Store app and check that you are signed in with the correct Google Account.
- Tap the three-line menu > Subscriptions.
If you cannot find your current subscription in the Play Store, then you did not purchase it through Google. Please check if you purchased it through Chargebee or Apple.
iOS App Store
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name and then "Subscriptions". (If you don't see "Subscriptions", tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
- Tap the name of the subscription you want to manage.
If you cannot find your current subscription in the Apple Store, you did not purchase it through Apple. Please check if you purchased it through Chargebee or Google.
7Mind Website
Subscriptions purchased through our website are managed by our payment provider Chargebee. Using the link in your order confirmation or www.7mind.app/manage-subscription, you can access the portal where you can view and manage your subscription. You will log in there with your 7Mind profile. If you have any questions or encounter difficulties, please send us a message through the contact form with your 7Mind profile email address.
