When purchasing a 7Mind monthly or annual subscription, a lifetime license, or a health insurance package through the 7Mind website, you must enter a one-time password before payment, which will be sent to the email address you previously provided.
If the OTP does not arrive at all or arrives too late, this can have several reasons:
1. The e-mail has ended up in SPAM. Please be sure to check if the one-time password ended up in your SPAM folder and if you can still use it.
2. Your mailbox is full. Please check if you can create more storage capacity in your mailbox, e.g. by deleting e-mails or the SPAM folder.
3. The domain mail.7mind.de is suppressed by your email provider and the email does not show up in SPAM. Please put the domain on the allow-list. How this works depends on your email provider.
Also, you may enter the OTP incorrectly too many times. The maximum number of incorrect login attempts is 5, after that your account will be locked for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes you can try to enter the OTP again without any problems. Please note: The one-time password is only valid for 10 minutes and then expires.
