I am insured with BMW BKK – how can I activate my free subscription?

We are cooperating with BMW BKK through which members can activate a free 12-month subscription to 7Mind Plus and our prevention courses (only available in German) each year.

Here's how to activate your 12-month access:

1. Open the website: www.7mind.de/bmwbkk
2. Have your health insurance card ready; you'll need your insurance number.
3. Go to the "Registrierung für Versicherte der BMW BKK" section and enter your desired profile data and BMW BKK insurance number. It starts with a capital letter followed by 9 digits.
4. Accept all terms and click on "Registrieren".

After successful registration, you have free access to 7Mind Plus and all prevention courses for one year. You do not have to cancel the subscription, it expires after 12 months.

Now download the 7Mind app for iOS or Android on your smartphone/tablet and log in to the app with the 7Mind profile you’ve just created. You can use all app content and features.

After 12 months, you can activate a new subscription every year. To do this, instead of registering, select

and log in with the same 7Mind profile you used to activate the SBK subscription for the first time.

Do I have to complete a prevention course to use the 7Mind Plus content?

No. You are not obliged to complete any of the prevention courses. All app content is available to you for 12 months. However, you can collect bonus points with your health insurance if you complete a prevention course and submit the course certificate to BMW BKK. Please get in touch with our support team.
