How do I get reimbursement for a prevention course?

To apply for reimbursement, submit two documents to your health insurance company:

1. invoice for the prevention course subscription
2. official participation certificate

Invoice

You will receive an invoice by email immediately after purchasing the prevention course subscription. It will include the name of the prevention course and the course fee. Both must match the data on the participation certificate.

Participation certificate

After completing the 8th module, we will send you an email asking you to create your participation certificate. Simply follow the dialog, sign in, enter your full name, and download the PDF file.

If there are any difficulties, please check the following:

• Please make sure that your email address is subscribed to 7Mind emails so that you can receive your participation certificate without any problems.
• The prevention course takes 8 weeks - a new module will be activated for you every week as soon as you have completed module 1. A participation certificate can only be issued once the course has been completed in full with a minimum duration of 8 weeks.
