If you completed a prevention module but have not received the materials, there may be various reasons for this. Please check the following:
- Did you accidentally complete the practical exercise but not the course module? See What is the difference between the prevention course and the practical exercises?
- The prevention course modules must be listened to in full and closed by clicking on “End meditation” to be considered complete. The module then appears in “My Journey”.
- It is important that the app has access to the internet and that you do not close it too quickly after completing a module so that the data can be transmitted to the server and saved in your profile. Otherwise, the email with the handout will not be sent until the next time you open the app.
- The handout has been sent, but your mailbox is full or the email has ended up in the SPAM folder.
- Your e-mail provider is filtering out the e-mail. Please add the IP address 69.169.226.83 to the allow list. How exactly this works depends on your e-mail provider.
