Memberships acquired before 20.01.2022
Your account is managed by our payment provider FastSpring. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from FastSpring. This contains a link to the FastSpring portal where you can download your invoice. You must verify yourself with FastSpring using the e-mail address you used when you took out the subscription. This e-mail address does not have to match your 7Mind profile. If you no longer have the order confirmation, send us a message using the contact form with your 7Mind profile email address - we will then request the invoice for you.
Subscriptions purchased from 20.01.2022 onwards
Subscriptions purchased from 20.01.2022 run via our new payment provider Chargebee. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice. If you no longer have the email, you can use www.7mind.de/en/manage-subscription to access the portal where you can manage your subscription and download your invoice.
