I forgot my password - how do I get a new one?

If you are logged out, tap "LOGIN" on the home screen of the app, then select "RESET PASSWORD". Enter the email address associated with your profile, and you will receive a link via email to reset your password. Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions. 

Please note that the link is valid for only 2 days and will expire if you request another password reset. Your new password must be at least 6 characters long and must not be generated using a password generator.

If you do not receive the email, check your spam filters and add "mail.7mind.de" to your allow list.
