Sometimes our emails end up in the spam folder, have you checked that already?
It also tends to happen that users create multiple 7Mind profiles - is the profile of your choice connected to a different email address?
If your mailbox filters out the email, please add the domain "7mind.de" to the list of desired recipients (allow list).
