You can cancel your subscription where you purchased it:
Apple App Store
- Go to "Settings" and tap your name. A small window may open, and you'll need to sign in with your Apple ID password.
- Tap "Subscriptions" and select the subscription you want to manage. (If you don't see "Subscriptions", tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions and tap Subscriptions).
- Tap "Cancel Subscription." You may need to scroll down to find the "Cancel Subscription" button. If no cancel button is displayed or an expiration notice appears in red, the subscription has already been canceled. You can find additional cancellation options for non-iOS devices here.
If you cannot find a subscription in the Apple Store, you did not purchase it through Apple. Please check if you subscribed through Chargebee or Google.
Google Play Store
- Open the Google Play Store app and check if you're signed in with the correct Google Account.
- Tap the three-line menu > Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription." If you cannot find a subscription on Google, you did not purchase it through the Google Play Store. Please check if you subscribed through Chargebee or Apple.
7Mind Website
Subscriptions purchased through our website are managed by our payment provider Chargebee. Using the link in your order confirmation or www.7mind.app/manage-subscription, you can access the portal where you can view and manage your subscription. You will log in there with your 7Mind profile. If you have any questions or encounter difficulties, please send us a message through the contact form with your 7Mind profile email address.
