How do I log in?

When you open the 7Mind app, you can choose between registration and login. If you already have a 7Mind profile, select ‘Log in’ and confirm the health requirements. You can log in via Apple Sign-In, with your email address and password, or via Facebook Sign-In, depending on how you created your 7Mind profile.

Please note, that there is no "Next" button in the app when entering your email address and password. However, there will be a button on your smartphone's digital keyboard. Depending on the manufacturer it says "Next", "Done", "Enter" or something similar.

If you are stuck after entering your password, please check

1. whether your device is connected to the Internet.
2. whether you already created a profile with these login details. If this is the case, please use the login button instead of "Register" and, if necessary, the "Forgot password" option.
