How can I revoke my subscription?

The right of withdrawal only applies to the closure of new contracts, not to contract extensions. The revocation process depends on the way you have acquired your subscription. Here are the possibilities:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
3. Click on 'Report a Problem' next to the item that you want to request a refund for.
4. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
5. For more information about refund requests or for other refunds that you can’t request on reportaproblem.apple.com, contact Apple Support.

Google Play Store
