Thanks to our cooperation with BARMER 7Mind is free of charge for BARMER insurees. You don't have to enter any payment data and there is nothing to be canceled since this subscription automatically expires after 12 months.
Activating the 12-month subscription gives you access to our certified prevention courses (only available in German) and our non-certified 7Mind Plus content. You can renew this free subscription every 12 months.
If you already have a 7Mind subscription, please cancel it and activate the BARMER subscription after it expires otherwise both subscriptions will run simultaneously.
After completing a prevention course, we may issue a participation certificate for you, which you can submit to BARMER to collect bonus points. Just contact our support team. However, it is not a requirement for BARMER insurees to complete any prevention courses.
How to activate your 12-month subscription via BARMER
- Make sure your 7Mind profile is set to German. Otherwise, the activation won't work. Later you can switch back to English since the BARMER package includes both German and English meditations.
- Go to www.barmer.de/g101419 and verify yourself as a BARMER insuree. You must sign in with your login data for MEINE BARMER or create a new MEINE BARMER account.
- Once you have done this, scroll down and click „Zugang zu 7Mind“. You will be redirected to 7Mind where you can sign up or log in as an existing user.
- Download the 7Mind app for iOS or Android and sign in with the same 7Mind profile you used in step 3. Your profile will be unlocked for 12 months.
If your 12-month subscription has expired, you can activate a new subscription by following the same procedure. Please note that you must always use the same 7Mind profile for activation.
Are you having trouble activating your free 12-month subscription?
Please check the following error sources:
- You entered the wrong password for your 7Mind profile.
> I forgot my password - how do I get a new one? - You are trying to register with an email address, that is already connected to a 7Mind profile. Please use the login function instead.
> How do I log in? - You have already activated your 12-month subscription but used a different email address. Please check if you registered a 7Mind account with another email address or login method.
> Why hasn't my purchase been activated? -
Your 7Mind profile is not set to German. Please change the language in the 7Mind app and restart the app.
> How do I change the language of my 7Mind app? - The activation was successful, but in the library you only see the prevention courses not the 7Mind Plus content.
> I only see prevention course content. Why is the library empty otherwise?
If the activation still does not work, please contact our Customer Support team and send us your MEINE BARMER ID. You will find the ID in the URL (website link) when redirected from MEINE BARMER to 7Mind.
