How do I delete my 7Mind profile?

Whether you can delete your 7Mind profile in the app or we do it for you depends on which operating system is installed on your device.

Android app:

Please send a message to our customer support team containing the email address of the 7Mind account you want to delete. We will then unsubscribe you from the newsletter and our offer emails and delete your profile. Deleting your user account or the app does not automatically cancel any running subscriptions. You have to cancel your subscription separately.

iOS app:

Open the profile view by tapping the person icon at the bottom (right) of the app and scroll down. Click on "Delete user account" and follow the instructions. This will delete your 7Mind profile and remove your email address from the email distribution list. Deleting your user account or the app does not automatically cancel any running subscriptions. You have to always cancel your subscription separately.
