Please note: Multiple subscriptions cannot be settled or merged. Furthermore, discount codes cannot be redeemed retrospectively for a new or renewed subscription.
If you purchase a new subscription while you already have a running subscription, the existing subscription will not be canceled or replaced, but the new subscription will run simultaneously.
How to manage your 7Mind subscription depends on where your subscription was purchased:
Google Play Store
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app.
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap Menu Subscriptions.
If you cannot find the subscription in the Google Play Store, please check whether you have subscribed via Chargebee, FastSpring, or Apple.
Apple App Store
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions", tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
If you cannot find the subscription in the Apple Store, please check whether you have subscribed via Chargebee, FastSpring, or Google.
7Mind Homepage
Subscriptions purchased before January 2022 are managed by the payment provider FastSpring. To access the account management portal use the link in your order confirmation. You must verify yourself using the email address you provided when purchasing the subscription. This email address may not match your 7Mind profile. Subscriptions purchased after January 2022 are managed by our new payment provider Chargebee. To access subscription management use the link in your order confirmation. You must log in with your 7Mind profile. If you have any questions or difficulties, message us using the contact form.
