How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

There are different types of emails at 7Mind:

• The newsletter
• Occasional course presentations and recommendations or surveys about our offerings
• Offer emails with promotions and discounts for subscription purchases

At the bottom of every email you receive from us, you will find a link that you can use to set your email preferences or unsubscribe from all emails.

You can also change your notification preferences directly in the app. See Where can I set notifications?

There are also email formats that you cannot unsubscribe from. These are automated emails sent, for example, when registering in the app or requesting a link to reset your password. If you take out a subscription, you will also receive transactional emails such as order confirmations and debit agreements.
