How do I connect the 7Mind App with Apple Health?

After the second completed meditation, the app asks if you want to link 7Mind to Apple Health. If you refuse or ignore this message, it will not appear again.

However, you can always tap the profile icon in the 7Mind app and then tap APPLE HEALTH under "Integrations" to activate data usage for Apple Health.

You can only connect the 7Mind app to Apple Health on the iPhone, not the iPad.
