How do I connect the 7Mind App with Apple Health / Google Fit?

After the second completed meditation, the app asks if you want to link 7Mind to Apple Health. If you refuse or ignore this message, the request will not appear again.

However, you can always tap the profile icon in the 7Mind app and then tap APPLE HEALTH under "Integrations" to activate data usage for Apple Health.

Please note, that Apple Health is not available on iPads.

Google Fit App

Unfortunately, it is not possible to connect 7Mind with the Google Fit app, so that currently no bonus points can be collected for completing meditation exercises.
