Your meditation history, subscription, and profile data are linked to the email address for which you have bought the subscription. It does not have to be the same as your email address for the payment provider FastSpring/Chargebee, Google, or Apple!
Therefore, you can continue to meditate, use your subscription, and access your meditation history even after switching your cell phone. Just log in with the respective email address and password, or by using Apple/Facebook Sign-In.
If you use a new phone and cannot access your subscription after logging in, you probably signed in with the wrong profile. Please check if your profile view (person icon at the bottom right) shows the correct email address. If not, log out and back in with the right profile.
If you are unsure which profile you subscribed for, you can message our customer support team with proof of purchase from Google, FastSpring, Chargebee, or Apple.
