Your meditation history, your subscription, and your profile data are linked to the respective email address for which you have bought the subscription. This does not have to be the same as the email address you use for FastSpring/Chargebee, Google, or Apple!
This means you can continue to meditate, use your subscription and access your meditation history even after changing your cell phone. Just log in with the respective email address and password.
If you are using a new phone and cannot access your subscription after logging in, you are probably logged into the wrong profile.
If you are unsure which address you subscribed for, you can send us a message to support@7mind.de with your proof of purchase from Google, FastSpring, Chargebee, or Apple.
Switching from iOS to Android device
If you have been using a profile created by Apple ID, there is no password assigned to your profile yet and you will not be able to log in by email address and password on a new Android device. In this case, please send us a message to support@7mind.de and we will generate a new password for you.
