Your meditation history, your subscription, and your profile data are linked to the respective email address for which you have bought the subscription. This does not have to be the same as the email address you use for FastSpring/Chargebee, Google, or Apple!
This means you can continue to meditate, use your subscription and access your meditation history even after changing your cell phone. Just log in with the respective email address and password.
If you are using a new phone and cannot access your subscription after logging in, you are probably logged into the wrong profile.
Please check if your profile view (person icon at the bottom right) shows the correct email address. If not, log out and log back in with the correct one.
If you are unsure which profile you subscribed for, you can send a message to our customer support with your proof of purchase from Google, FastSpring, Chargebee, or Apple.
Switching from iOS to an Android device
If you have been using a profile created via Apple ID, there is no password assigned to your profile yet and you will not be able to log in by email address and password on a new Android device. In this case, please send a message to our customer support and we will generate a new password for you.
