The course on Mindfulness-Based Stress Management (ABSM) mainly aims at learning and simplifying the handling of already existing, acute stress. For this purpose, various practical techniques and theoretical basics on the topic of mindfulness are taught.
The online course Resilience in Dealing with Stress focuses more on strengthening various components that promote resilience. The two prevention courses do not build on each other in terms of content and can be completed independently of each other and in any order.
