There are differences between the online course "Resilience in Dealing with Stress" and the four meditation courses "Resilience Intensive (1-4)" in terms of content, materials, structure, and length.
The "Resilience Intensive (1-4)" courses are pure meditation courses. The 4 parts of the course each contain 7 meditation exercises of about 7 minutes each, which can help to strengthen one's resilience. The course is part of 7Mind Plus.
The online course "Resilience in dealing with stress" is a prevention course and can be purchased through the 7Mind prevention offer and reimbursed by health insurance companies. The course consists of 8 modules between 50-60 minutes. Each module consists of approx. 40 minutes of theoretical input with psychological models and theories, studies, and practical reflection exercises. At the end of each unit, there is a mindfulness exercise of about 10 minutes. Afterward, participants receive a quiz to check their learning level, handouts, and further information.
