When you have fully listened to a meditation, an ending gong and outro will sound (except for sleep content). Now the session is marked as completed in your profile and appears in your meditation statistics.
If you stop a meditation beforehand, it will not be counted as completed.
It's also important that you don't close the app too quickly after completing a meditation so that it can be saved to your profile.
Under "My Path" in your profile, you'll find all started and completed meditations sorted chronologically.
Also in your profile, statistics show how many minutes and days you've meditated in total, how many sessions you've completed, and how many consecutive days you've finished meditations (Streak). You can also deactivate the “Days in a row” tracker.
