... is your personalized home screen for your daily mindfulness practice. Here, you will find suggested meditations and courses as well as recently played meditations and your favorites. This way you can start meditating quickly and pick up seamlessly where you left off.
“Explore” 
... is the library containing all available app content. Here you can search for meditations that appeal to your current mood or needs.
The content is categorized by themes. In the detailed view of a topic, you will find courses and single meditations as well as popular app content. A checkmark indicates completed meditations. This way, you always know which content pieces you have already covered.
You can use the search bar to look for specific topics or meditation methods. You can filter your search results by duration, voice of the speaker, and type of meditation to find exactly what you need.
“Profile”
... is the cockpit of your mindfulness journey. Here you will find an overview of your progress and you can edit important settings.
The progress monitor shows you how many minutes and days you have meditated in total, how many sessions you have completed, and on how many consecutive days you have completed meditations. Use these trackers to motivate yourself to continue your mindfulness practice.
You can also manage your favorites and downloaded app content here. “My Path” provides you with a timeline of all started and completed meditations and courses. Further down you can access your account details, change your notification settings, and go to our Help Center.
