How can I change my payment method? – Help Center

Have you received a message asking you to update your payment information, or would you like to update your payment details because they have changed? If so, please follow these instructions:

How you can update your payment method depends on where you purchased your 7Mind subscription.

7Mind Website

Option 1: Directly in the app

Open the app and go to: Profile > Subscription > Manage subscription
Go to Payment method and click Edit or Add payment method
Enter your new payment details and save the changes
Then you can remove the old payment method

Option 2: Via the browser

Open the Chargebee customer portal in your browser and log in with your 7Mind profile
Go to Payment method, click Edit or Add payment method
Enter your new payment details and save the changes
Then you can remove the old payment method

Option 3: Through our support team

If you don’t have access to the customer portal or need help, we will gladly send you a link through which you can update your payment method. Simply contact our support team via the contact form or by email at support@7mind.de.

In-app purchases

Apple App Store

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, you can change your payment method in your Apple account settings:

Open the Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name.
Select “Payment & Shipping”. You may need to sign in with your Apple ID.
Tap the existing payment method and then tap “Edit” to update it. Alternatively, you can add a new payment method.
Enter your new payment information and tap “Done.”

Google Play Store

If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play Store, you can change your payment method directly in your Google account:

Open the Google Play app on your smartphone or tablet.
Tap your profile icon at the top right.
Select “Payments & subscriptions” > “Payment methods” > “More payment settings.”
Sign in to Google Pay if prompted.
Select the payment method you want to edit and tap “Edit.”
Make the desired changes and tap “Update.”
