I forgot my password - how do I get a new one?

You’re logged out and can’t access your account in the app? No worries, it happens to all of us!

Tap "Log in" on the app's home screen, then select "Forgot password". Enter the email address associated with your profile, and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions. 

Please note that the link is valid for only 2 days and will expire if you request another password reset. Your new password must be at least 6 characters long.
